Where we ship
We currently ship throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is coming soon.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery estimates
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days
Delivery windows are estimates from the day your order ships, not the day you order.
Shipping cost
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
Returns
If you're not happy with your kit, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be in original condition. Reach out via our Contact page to start a return and we'll send you a prepaid label.
Damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement, no return required.
